Akbar Makki, the managing director of the knowledge-based company Fann Azarakhsh said on Wednesday that local manufacturing of hearing aids will help prevent excessive foreign currency spending for imports amid Iran's efforts to cope with the impacts of foreign sanctions.
Production of smart hearing aids is completely carried out by Iranian experts and engineers, Makki said.
Established in 1986, Fann Azarakhsh Company is the first manufacturer of digital and analogue hearing aids in Iran.
